Aidan Corrie

I’m Aidan Corrie, I am an Orlando-based actor, educator, and theater technician. I have a passionate love for acting onstage and collaborating with others. In rehearsal rooms, I am a diligent study. Any new process comes (next to my script) with a notebook, joyfully filled with theories, attempts, notes, and ideas. Rehearsals should not be safe, as much as they should be conducive for individual bravery. Learning is very meditative for me, onstage and off. It is a lifelong joy of mine to find, in the rehearsal room, new ways to explore the ideas that no one has found a way to try yet. My work also centers primarily on breath: the uses of it, how it adds to action onstage, and what it can bring to the fore before words are ever found. I’ve found this center by letting theatre be the map to my voice.
